Jason While it is not over, it has been interesting.
Everyone but me got sick. Really sick. They are all better now. I am thankful.
The weather is nice. Brisk but sunny. No snow to shovel. I am thankful.
I read a great book sitting on the floor next to my son while he was sick Wednesday night. I was up all night and able to read for four plus hours. Odd but gratifying. The stamina we have as parents is amazing. I am thankful.
Cormac McCarthy’s The Road, in case you are wondering. Oddly apropos considering what I was doing when I read it.
Still two days until I return to work. That’s nice. It’s not as fun as it used to be and there is no rush to get back on Monday.
Developing two new websites, one for work, one for fun. Maybe they’ll get finished this weekend. The fun one should come first . I know I say this alot but this needs to be a regular process for me. Writing is cathartic.
